Attending Town Council Meetings

Stotfold Town Council meetings are open to all residents and play an important role in local democracy.

These meetings bring Councillors together to discuss local issues, make decisions, and oversee the delivery of services that affect everyday life in Stotfold. They also provide transparency about how public money is managed and how priorities are set. Residents are welcome to attend meetings as observers. In addition, the Council has a Public Participation Policy 2024, which sets out how and when members of the public may address the Council or a committee during a meeting.

By attending a meeting, residents can stay informed about current projects, plans, and the decisions being taken on their behalf. Meetings also allow residents to see how the Council works and how local decisions are made.

Stotfold Town Council welcomes residents to attend meetings and take an interest in shaping the future of the town.
