Public Notice- Central Bedfordshire Council to introduce a one-way traffic order on Buttercup Road, Stotfold

We have been informed that Central Bedfordshire Council will introduce a one-way traffic order on Buttercup Road. 

This order will come into operation on 7th March 2025. 

High Court Challenge:- Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement of that Section had not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of 18th February 2025, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
