Grant Application Form and
Guidance Notes

The Town Council invites local voluntary organisations to make application for grants that will directly benefit Stotfold, or part of it, or all or some of its inhabitants. Applications from individuals will not be considered. The annual amount for distribution will be allocated twice yearly - April and September. The deadline for each round of grant consideration will be published on our website, Facebook page and Stotfold News article.

Event Risk Assessment

When organising an event to take place on one of our recreation grounds, for which you have received permission from the Town Council to do so, you will be asked to complete an Event Risk Assessment. This must be completed and returned to the Council Office before the event takes place.
