We are no longer hiring the Oak Hall. Residents are still able to hire the Council Chamber.
Notes for guidance when hiring
The premises must be booked for the actual time it is to be used, this must include preparation, clearing up and the actual function. The facility will only be opened and closed at the stated time on the booking form.
Hirer's attention is also drawn to the fact that hirings must end no later than
9.00pm
It should be observed that the premises is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. Hirers must make appropriate arrangements with a Licensee who will have to obtain an Occasional Licence from the Licensing Justices.
The full conditions for the hire are issued to hirers at the time of booking and hirers are required to adhere to them.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
Arrangements for regular bookings may be made at a reduction in rates.
All hirers will require a cheque, cash or card pre-authorisation for the sum of £100 against possible damage. Cheques and cash can be collected from the Town Council office the first working day following your hire, providing there is no damage to the building. Card pre-authorisations will be deleted.
Please note these charges are for Stotfold residents.
Non-Stotfold residents (including Fairfield Park) are charged double rates.
