The Need Project

The Town Council is very pleased to continue its support to the Kings Baptist Church with their Need Project. We continue to have a food collection point at The Greenacre Centre, Valerian Way, Stotfold. Please bring items for donation to the Town Council offices during office opening hours. The Need Project is a registered charity which supports those in need with provision of food parcels. They do not discriminate between who and who they do not respond to, and emphasise that the purpose of their ministry is to help the community in a practical way.

Examples of non-perishable goods you can leave in the Council offices for the Need Project are:
teabags, coffee, drinking chocolate, sugar, pasta, long grain rice, cereals, pasta sauces or bakes, soups - packet or tinned, tinned veg, potatoes, biscuits, tinned fruit, custard, tinned spaghetti, tinned fish, squash, fruit juice, preserves, chocolate spread, tomato ketchup, long-life milk cartons, tined meat, curries, chilli, rice pudding, baked beans.
