Grant Application Form and Guidance Notes
The Town Council invites local voluntary organisations to make applicatoin for grants that will directly benefit Stotfold, or part of it, or all or some of its inhabitants. Applications from individuals will not be considered. The annual amount for distribution will be allocated twice yearly - April and September. Those wishing to apply for a grant are asked to ensure the completed application form is received in the Council offices no later than the 29th March 2010 and 23rd Septmber 2010.
Event Risk Assessment
When organising an event to take place on one of our recreation grounds, for which you have received permission from the Town Council to do so, you will be asked to complete an Event Risk Assessment. This must be completed and returned to the Council Office before the event takes place.
Residents Handbook
This document was last updated in 2009 and was originally circulated to every household in the town. We aim to provide a copy to every new dwelling built, but also have a downloadable copy available. It provides contact details for Town Councillors, Central Beds Councillors and MP, businesses, clubs and organisations, transport, education, health, and many others.
