The Date for the 2011 Annual Town Meeting to be arranged, but is likely to be in March. Please note:- Planning Committee meetings are held twice monthly, as required, usually fortnightly. Establishment Committee meetings are held as required. All Committee meetings may be subject to cancellation if there are no items for the agenda or there is no quorum. *Recreation = Recreation Grounds, Public Lands and Lighting Committee
